Class Information

 Fees
$200.00  Minimum 2 students. If only one student registers we will ask, 3 days in advance, that you choose a different date. There is no refund but your fee can be used anytime within the next 12 months. We offer 3 Level l classes a month. There is plenty of opportunity to join a class with other students. This makes practice time a lot more fun.

Our in-person classes allow to 6 to 8  students per class. Manuals are received the day of class. Practice can be hands on if students are comfortable with this.  If you prefer hands off, that is an option for each class too. Some of our classes have on-line options. A digital, read only, manual will be supplied to you if you choose the on-line option.

Please note: a confirmation will be sent within 24 hours of registration. A preparation and parking email will be sent a few days before class. Please check your spam folder for both of these emails.

We are offering Family Reiki. Let us know if this is a class you’d like to attend. We can hold it on a date of your choice. Family Reiki- Mother/Daughter/Son, Father/Son/Daughter…kids 13 and up can join Mom or Dad. Help your children to learn that they can access this inner wisdom of body, mind and spirit. Family Reiki has hands on practice.   Contact info@mdcrt.org for special pricing for families.

Wait list
If this is the perfect date for you, but class is full, please send an email to be alerted if an opening becomes available.  There is often a need for someone to reschedule and we could offer you that spot.

Refund & Cancellation Policy
If class is cancelled due to inclement weather, it will be rescheduled but not refunded.

If you need to withdraw please give at least 7 days notice and we will advertise to fill your spot. If it fills, we will refund your class fee, less a $25.00 service fee. If it does not fill, your fee can be used for future classes, workshops, and events, with some limitations, within 1 year of purchase. If the digital manual has already been delivered to you, the service fee is $50.00. If you need to reschedule please allow the same 7 days, so we can advertise to fill your spot.

IF YOU DON’T show up for the class that you have registered for, your class fee is forfeited. If  you can’t attend the class you registered for, please do your best to allow 7 days notice. Sometimes there is a wait list; other times I can clear the spot and someone will take it. If someone fills your spot, you can choose to join on another date. If you don’t give that 7 day window, and your spot doesn’t fill, there is an additional  fee of $75.00 to reschedule to a date of your choice.

Replacement fee for certificates due to date changes or loss, or any other reason $7.50.  Please be sure you register with the name you want on your certificate.
