What is Reiki?
Reiki is a technique for stress reduction and relaxation that can support natural wellness and healthy living. Reiki is translated as “Universal Life Energy” that is present in all living things.
When your life energy is balanced and free-flowing, you are healthy, and you feel strong, can more easily deal with stress, and are less likely to get sick. When the flow of healthy life energy is disrupted or blocked by negative thoughts and feelings, you become more susceptible to illness, disease, and low life energy.
Reiki rebalances life energy supporting a mental, physical and spiritual return to a natural state of well-being. With the traditional teachings of Mikao Usui, we learn that healing exists within each of us, not outside. Usui teaches that self-practice is the KEY. The greatest healing tool is the pratitioner’s own dedication to healing the self: another can never give this depth of healing. We also introduce the Holy Fire lll energy in our classes.
